Welcome to floating, which can provide up to 100% pain relief. The spine naturally elongates and straightens, and the body undergoes the same regeneration process that transpires during sleep. Lactic acid is drained from the muscles, reducing soreness and recovery time.

Epsom Salts are great for your skin, hair, nails, and act as an exfoliate. They aid in joint pain, ease stress, and naturally relax the body. Magnesium (commonly missing from our diets) is absorbed through the skin, while Sulfate eliminates toxins and heavy metals, naturally detoxing the body.

Yes, float therapy is completely safe for most people. Our float pods are designed with hygiene, comfort, and safety in mind. The water is filtered and treated after every session, and the high salt concentration naturally prevents bacteria growth. As always, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider if you have specific medical conditions.

We pride ourselves on setting the industry standard for health guidelines. Our float solution is filtered and sanitized in between every appointment, with a 5x turnover of water. Depending on the municipal standards we add UV light, ozone, a 5 micron filter, and hospital grade hydrogen peroxide.

Many people with claustrophobia find floating surprisingly comfortable. You’re in control of the environment at all times—you can float with the pod door open, lights on, or music playing. Our spacious pods and calming atmosphere are designed to help ease anxiety.

Not at all! Thanks to the high concentration of Epsom salt in the float pod, your skin won’t wrinkle like it does in fresh water. In fact, many people report their skin feeling softer and smoother after a float session.
