We had a long time client of ours visit us yesterday and for us this is the true test of any change we make; how are we doing in the clients eyes? Actually calling a lot of our clients, clients, is not accurate as many of them have become our good friends. We are more like a big family with a great place to hang out, relax, get pain relief, and truly find yourself.
At any rate, this particular family member and several other long term friends of the Spa have been truly blown away by what we have done with the new location.
I have heard comments like “I can tell you truly love this place, it is warm and you put your heart into it”.
“You did an outstanding job. This is truly spectacular and worth the longer drive for me”
I even had someone tell me “the presence of God is strong here” and that they “didn’t want to leave”.
We spent a lot of time on the new store and are truly excited about sharing our space and therapy with those that have not tried it. We continually improve, tweak and educate.
