Pat is a former franchisee and multi unit developer. He and is wife Heather were two of the first franchisees to join True REST and were extremely successful within the model. After owning his own True REST Float Spas for approximately six years, they sold their spas and Pat joined the corporate team as the Director of Franchise Operations and Support. Pat’s goal is to provide the best support possible to new and existing franchisees to help them make money and have fun doing it.

Mandy joined the True REST team in 2015. She was first exposed to True REST when her father started the franchising arm of the company and asked her to try out local competition in Nashville. She studied Economics and Corporate Strategy at Vanderbilt University followed by two years of commercial real estate. Inspired by the True REST vision, she has dedicated her early career to growing the brand and becoming a float therapy expert, expanding awareness and company success.

Mr. Boomer has been our Chief Operating Officer since October 1, 2019. Roger has an extensive background in management in the Hospitality industry. He also spent 8 years as a Regional Franchise Owner where his primary roles and responsibilities were the development and support of more than 50 independent franchisees. This previous franchise experience was in the Real Estate and in the Health and Wellness sectors. Roger is located in Coronado, California.

Mr. Rowe is our Chief Executive Officer of True REST Franchising, LLC. He has been a Franchisee, a Regional Director, and a Master Franchisor with brands such as Century 21, Realty World, Help-U-Sell Real Estate, Healthy Inspirations, Dogtopia. He is the President of SIMCAL Properties, Inc., a boutique real estate Investment and consulting firm that focuses on real estate and franchising. Mr. Rowe has consulted with many national franchise brands and currently acts as a Board of Advisor for various Franchisors.
