He has been a Franchisee, a Regional Director, and a Master Franchisor with brands such as Century 21, Realty World, Help-U-Sell Real Estate, Healthy Inspirations, Dogtopia. He is the President of SIMCAL Properties, Inc., a boutique real estate Investment and consulting firm that focuses on real estate and franchising. Mr. Rowe has consulted with many national franchise brands and currently acts as a Board of Advisor for various Franchisors.
