The first 20 seconds was discombobulating asf. I felt weird and dizzy but I think my brain had to accept the fact that my almost 200lb body was actually floating without any effort. . I don’t invest time in meditation but the experience mad me consider it. I spent 15 minutes being distracted and fascinated with everything. Then, I had to focus on why I was in there and get my mind right. . I spent the rest of the time doing inward breathing, self-reflecting and talking to God. It was a great and much needed experience that I encourage anyone with any type of stress (mental, emotional, spiritual) in their lives to give this a try. I got a lot of mental clarity from it.
